I'm sure this has been discussed before, but with the popularity of darts now surely it's time for a weekly round up programme once a week for half hour/hour of the previous weekends results. This could include some highlights and interviews with players especially ones who people are not as familiar with.
Alot of dart fans will probably not know that Anderson made 2 finals this week and will more than likely judge how good he is on tv events. They probably would not know that VDV hit a 9 darter as they probably assume that only Taylor, Barney and Wade can hit them as it's been seen on TV.
I know there is the internet to get information but I'm sure quite alot of darts fans do not know how many tournaments are played away from the cameras.
What do you guys think?

sounds like a great idea.first of many pdc finals between anderson/taylor and nobody seen it and 3 nine darters in the last couple of weeks all would have made great tv

I'm surprised Sky haven't bought into the idea of a highlights programme considering the success of the Premier League, would it really cost that much to do?

especially with the floor events most weekends and the quality of play, 3 9 darters in the last 2 week. wouldn't take much for sky to send a few cameras to the venue, they cover netball........
