I think it is a misconception amongst Chinese people that darts is a dangerous sport. They get confused because the game involves a bull and we all know that a bull makes a hell of a mess of their shops, which is why they don't stock dartboards in their retail outlets. (Soft tip its called "centre" not bull)

this is a good point to bring up snooker is massave over there but darts is hardly noticed soft tip is big in japan from what i hear but they need to get darts noticed over there

I thought that given the size and stature of chinese folk maybe they get darts confused with the javelin in outdoor athletics!

Heard that in one pub over there they have banned callers in matches cause the takeaway next door accidently hired an extra couple of chefs to cope with the influx of orders ;D
