I have just been banned from S.O.D for, yes you guessed it....speaking my mind, it amazes me how people can run a forum and think they can play god with forum members, im my eyes a forums is there for people to speak their minds and have open discussion on all topics, I was told by that mini hitlar Andy Fairpoof (Fairclough) that the reason he removed my posts were because the topic in question involved someone that was sponsoring the forum or about to.
Grow a f**king spine you lame arse tawt!!

He loves you really you know.......its like when your a young lad and you pick on the girl you really like  just watch your arse at the next comp your at lol. Ive long give up on that place....i visit it every now and again just because there are some very knowledgable people on there. |

It all started on the topic about paul booth's new dart shirt website, he was asking for opinion about his site, I had posted that there were better sites available and there was not a wide enough choice etc and fairpoof deleted my posts, he then sent me a pm yesterday morning saying that as Paul was going to be sponsoring sod he didnt want any negative posts about Pauls website or buisness so I sent him a pm in return telling him exactly what I thought.
The cheeky scroat then posts the last 3rd of my pm and trys to make me look the villan once again and tells the forum that I am banned for life, he has one rule for one and another for everyone else, he is just some jumped up f**kin mini hitlar who loves playing god on the forums.

Paul Booth is gonna sponsor SOD? Can't stand that cheesy pathetic excuse for an MC. His darts shirts are rubbish too. Yep in some way or another so nobfair wants the world to kiss his arse so that he will part with some cash. Nobfair has always said that he does not proffit in anyway from that forum, and I think he is taking the world of darts for a mug, he is constantly bringing onboard sponsors, promoting this that and the other and with as many members and a world wide audience he has got to be on an earner!! |

With a website of that size and traffic, he will need a VPS set up at least - these cost money.
Yes you are right - that website offers a good earning potential and therefore you can understand how he is protective of his sponsors / advertisers - however regarding censorship..... personally I think that there are 'horses for courses'. This forum is perfect for voicing your uncensored opinion and it serves a unique purpose for that... Others serve different purposes..
For example - if you dont moderate a large forum and the most radical or abusive are allowed their head, then this can have a disastrous effect on the normal membership and user base - with people just choosing to no longer use the board....

This is all fine and well but nobfair is going well over the top, nothing except praise is allowed towards certain players yet others are subject to vicious comments which nobfair deems acceptable. There is also the issue of posting topics in certain sections, take for example the topic on sod concerning the challenge match between myself and Kong, after asking nobfair why this was moved he answered that it had been moved to the practise section because it had no relavence to professional darts therefore no place on the main forum...... Less than 2 weeks later there was forum member jub who was twice openly allowed to discuss a practise game he had with steve maish and even after the question was asked, the topic remained on the main forum. Its always been the same with nobfair....one rule for some and another for everyone else. |

Just yesterday nobfair branded a long-standing member of SOD a racist.
It then became obvious the plum didn't even understand the meaning of the word.
Much later he apologised but anyone else would have been banned.

Well to be fair DBG vs KONG pulled in more traffic across the forums last year than all of jub's practise games with Maish put together, if DBG vs KONg has no place in the main section of SoD then neither does jub vs Maish (and jub aint even got the plums to put his cash up against Maish!!) |
