just to gather some opinions on what works for you in practice and to share some ideas really....
do you practice to music if so what kind suits your practice best, ie dance, easy listening ?
do you practice in silence ?
do you have the telly on ?
do you always practice with a friend ?
do you only really practice on dartpro ?

ill start i prefer to practice on my own so i can throw at what i want and practice my weak areas like dbls, although i do play my mate once or twice (maybe more) a week.
i used to practice to music and it would depend on the mood really ie) if i was in a bad mood/or a likely to get angry quickly mood then i would put something easy listening or chill out on
happy mood dance or rock music (led zep or stones or prodigy trusted favourites)
but am experimenting with silence at the mo as someone recommended it somewhere
i seldom play on dart pro really although i do enjoy playing buzz, i should play on it more really !!

do you practice to music if so what kind suits your practice best, ie dance, easy listening ?I have a laptop in my room where my board is. I like listening to rock while practicing. Placebo, DreamTheater, some old stuff as well. do you practice in silence ?Mostly and i like to practice in solitude. do you have the telly on ?No telly while practicing. do you always practice with a friend ?Never. I don't have a friend playing darts do you only really practice on dartpro ?Nope, sometimes recording all your throws is a pain in the arse and a total waste of time. I prefer to practice on what i'm weak, doubles, cricket trebles, outshots, etc. I play against no1. And i'll be a part of the dartpro night league soon

do you practice to music if so what kind suits your practice best, ie dance, easy listening ?No never. do you practice in silence ?What with a wife, and 3 kids in the house, no chance do you have the telly on ?Sometimes, have even been known to put old dvd's I have recorded of matches on, and play against the scores that the pro's are hitting, also practice when the re-runs of league of ledgends are on, and try and beat Deller etc as they play, i'm not doing to bad against them. ;D do you always practice with a friend ?No, but it is something i'm sorting out, norm play on dartpro, or knobody is online then No1 on setting 3 or 4, depending on how i'm playing. do you only really practice on dartpro ? I do play on dartpro for most of my practice, but find that playing against my old games is rubbish, I find No1 better for this, although dartpro online is a great way to practice, well I think it is.
