wow is all i can say i really dont see how klassen get it on the the strength of getting to the last 8 in world champ. theres so many others who have been consistant throughout the year. mardle no complaints, need someone to wake up the crowd when James"mr robotic"Wade plays. but lewis, hamilton, (not the F1 driver) thornton or stompe would be my choice ahead of jelle whatever happened to waiting till monday to annouce the wild cards? ? is that cuz webster and anderson went out

Good stuff, glad lewis didn't get it, klaasen produced some good darts to watch during the worlds and mardle is there to please the punters and be everyone's whipping boy as usual, cashback ;D

what a joke for fooks sake.......mardle jumping up and down on stage is boring after the millionth time and klaasen is hardly mr personality either..... a boo boo from barry hearn....i predict a boring premier league with maybe only good darts from the top four to save us.

I wanted to see Lewis in it - destroyed Barney 9-2 over in Germany. Not many people can do that, AND he's a fast flamboyant thrower. I'm fine with Klaasen, but I understand those who say he doesn't deserve it. Robert Thornton has had a fantastic year and should have been given more consideration.
Wayne Mardle? What the f**k!?!?! Why has he gotta be in it every year? He's had 3 attempts and never qualified for the knockout stages - in fact he's been so bad in the PL that Peter Manley calls last place the "Mardle Cup" LOL!

I can see why Mardle is there since he's a top 8 player, but Klaasen ? Everyone knows how inconsistant he is and he's going to end bottom place. That much is pretty sure. Mardle can at least string three or four weeks of wins together with that field. What will Klaasen do ?

Klaasen will be challenging for the play-offs, I am sure of that.

No he won't. He'll do what he normally does. Falter against real opposition.
